The Manufacturing Plants
Our network company owns manufacturing
plants in Macao, Zhu Hai and Zhong Shan
in southern China. All our factories take pride in their top notch
performance in high
quality, great value, and reliable delivery of products. Our main
factory has also been
accredited to comply with the ISO9002 quality system standards by
BSI of UK. We
continuously enhance our production facilities and efficiency, and
technical know-how
to better serve our customers, in a bid to stay at the forefront of
the toys
manufacturing industry.
We have 100 injection molding machines,
800 spray painting booths, 30 forty-feet
conveyor belts, 40 ultrasonic welding machines, 20 pad-printing
machines, 20 blister
packing machines, 6 rotocasting machines, 6 hair rooting machines,
200 sewing
machines and over 2,500 workers (at peak season) in 3 different
locations totaling
400,000 sq. ft. of floor space. We have a fully equipped tooling
shop ton support mold
maintenance and mold making. We also have a 40-IBM-PC-networked
manufacturing
resources planning system to monitor each phase of production cycle.
